2. How do I make a car hire reservation?
You can use our online booking system to make your booking request fast and easy and we will confirm your booking within a few hours according to our availability.
You may also contact us directly to arrange your booking.

3. What is the minimum and maximum driver’s age to rent a car in Limassol with GC Car Rentals?
The minimum accepted driver’s age is 25 years old, however we may accept drivers who are 23 years old but they hold a driving license for at least 3 years. Maximum age is 80 years old.

4. What are the accepted payment options with my rental with GC Car Rentals?
We accept all major credit card types and payments in cash.

5. Is there any additional charge for using a credit card?
No. There is no additional charge for using a credit card.

6. At which locations can you deliver and collect my rental car?
We are able to deliver and collect your rental car at any location in the Republic of Cyprus including Limassol area, Paphos area, Larnaca area, Nicosia area, Ayia Napa - Protaras, Larnaca airport and Paphos airport.

7. What documents do I have to bring on car collection?
You will have to bring a valid driving license for all drivers that will be included with your rental agreement, your passport or ID card and a valid credit card.

8. Who is allowed to drive the hired vehicle?
Only the driver/s referred with the rental agreement is/are allowed to drive the hired vehicle.

9. Can I add additional driver/s on my rental agreement?
Yes, you can add additional drivers during the online booking process or at the time of collecting your vehicle. Please note that all additional drivers must also meet the car rental requirements.

10. What happens in the case of a car breakdown?
In this case you can contact our 24-hours support service to report your issue and you will be advices accordingly.

11. What happens if I get involved in a car accident?
In such an unfortunate case you will have to contact us immediately whatever the time of happening to get all the necessary instructions by our 24-hour support service.

12. Can I drop off the rental car earlier than the agreed date/hour? Is there any partial refund?
Yes you can return the rental car earlier, but there will be no any kind of refund.

13. What if I return the rental car late than the agreed hour?
We offer a grace period of one hour without any additional charge. For more than one hour there will be extra charge of an additional day.

14. Am I able to extend my rental?
Usually it is possible to extend your car rental, but this is subject to current availability, based on the season of the rental. To avoid any issues, you must request for any rental extension at least 48 hour prior the end of your rental.

15. Can I drive the rented car anywhere in Cyprus?
You are allowed to drive the rented car only in the area of the Republic of Cyprus due to insurance restrictions. If you decide to drive the rented car within the Turkish occupied area, then your insurance is cancelled and you are entirely responsible for any damage to the vehicle.

16. Do you need my flight details?
We will ask you for your flight details only if you have selected to pick-up and/or drop-off your rental car at Paphos or Larnaca airport. This is to provide you with the best possible service in the case of a flight delay or early arrival.
